TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
उस म लगे॒ ओठियें। लीड़ां लगु॒ म लुक।
अल्लाह आरेचनि जे। कोसो वाउ म वग॒।
जत झझा म जग॒। मुंहिंजी पिर्ति पुनूह सें।
ROMAN SINDHI
Us'a ma laggi aothhee'n, lerraa'n lagg'u ma luk'a,
Allah'a aarechan'ay jay, koso waa'u ma wagg'u,
Jat'a jhajhaa mayn jagg'a, munhinji pirt'ay Punooh'a see'n.

May the camel riders not be affected by sunshine and may the camels not suffer from a sun stroke! O Allah! I request that my Lord may not face a blast of hot wind (i.e. come to any harm)! I know that there are numerous Baluchis in the country, but I am enamoured of Punhoo alone, (i.e. there are numerous fake-gods but for me only Allah, the Unique counts) (or) there are numerous Prophets, but for me the Prophet of Islam alone counts.
The sun may not burn the camel man,
Nor hot wind touch the camels,
O God, May the Arichas, not face the gusts of Hot wind,
There are many camel men but my love is Punhoon.
اوٹھاں نوں ہو میرے ربا دُھپ تریہہ نا لگے
شالا میرے ہوت نوں مولوں تتی واء نا لگے
ہوت نے جگ وچ ہور بتھیرے میرا پنوں ماہی
دھوپ لگے نہ ناقوں کو اور، چلے نہ دشت میں لُو،
کمہلائے نہ راہ میں میرا، ہوت پنہل مہرو،
میرا یار ہے تو، ورنہ جت بہت ہیں جگ میں۔
