Aaggay ee'en huyaas'ay, jee'en Punhoon'a dhotam'ay kapirraa,

کاہنوں ہن دس ہوتاں مینوں نال نا اپنے کھڑیا
یہاںجب تو نے کپڑے دھوئے آکر
وہ دن ہے مجھ کو اب تک یاد آری
مگر کچھ تو بتا اب ہو گیا کیا
اکیلی رہ گئی ہوں غم کی ماری
جو اس ناچیز نے کی تیری خدمت
کرے گی کوئی محلوں کی دلاری!
تعجب ہے کہ ان پیارے جتوں پر
ہوئی ظاہر نہ میری بے قراری
ہوت بلوچ تھا کپڑے دھوتا، ایسی تھی تب شان،
اب تو ساتھ نہیں لے جاتے، دکھلاتے ہیں آن۔
