مَارُوُءَ جٖيْ فِرَاقَ هَڎَ مُھْجَا ڪَپِئَا﮶

TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
अजु॒ पणि चिकिअमि चाक। वंहियनि वेड़िहीचनि जा।
सूरनि अची सूमरा। अंदरि की औताक़।
मारूअ जे फ़िराक़। हड॒ मुंहिंजा कपिया॥

ajj'u punn chiki'am'ay chaak'a, wanhiyan'ay werriheechan'ay jaa,
sooran'ay achi Soomaraa, andar'ay ki aotaaq'a,
maaroo'a jay firaaq'a, hadd'a munhinjaa kapiyaa.
TRANSLATIONS
Today too the scars of my dear kinsmen's love opened up afresh in me. "O Soomra! The travails of separation have overwhelmed me; The separation from my beloved has indeed caused me a lot of affliction
Today again in Maru's memory my wounds are sore,
Umar! sorrows in my heart have found a hold,
Maru's separation to severe my limbs.
Today too the wounds of my herdsmen's separation are festering,
O Soomra sorrows have possessed my heart,
Maroo's separation has virtually broken me.
پھر سے ان کے ہجر کے سائیں، ہوگئے ہیں زخم ہرے،
ماروؤں کی یاد کے دل میں، لگے ہوئے ہیں ڈیرے،
اِن کے ہجر میں میرے، انگ ہوئے ہیں گھائل۔
