جُھ آگَمَ ڪَري آيُون، تَہ مُندَ نَہ مَٽائِينِ،
مَٿان لوڪَ لَطِيفُ چئَي، گُوندَرَ گَمائِين،
پَٽين پِيارِينِ، اُڃِيَنِ آبُ اَگُوندِرو.

اُٻٌ ڪَڪَرَ ڪَڊَرٌ اُتَرَ ڎٖيْ آَهِيْنِ﮶
جُہ آَکَمَ ڪَرٖيْ آَئِيٌ تَہ مُندَ نَمَٽَائِيْنِ﮶
مَٿَا لُوْڪَ لَطِيْفُ چٖيْ کُنْدَرَ کَمَائِيْنِ﮶
پَٽ﮼ پِيَارِيْنِ اُنڃِئَنِ آَبُ اَکُندِرُوْ﮶

TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
उबूं॒ ककर कढरूं। उतर डे॒ आहीनि।
जु आगम करे आयूं। त मुंद न मटाईनि।
मथां लोक लतीफ़ु चए। गूंदर गमाईं।
पटें पियारीनि। उञियनि आबु अगूंदिरो।

Clouds as dense vapour seem to take form on the northern hemisphere. Subsequently they enveloped the entire sky in a thick fog and made it cloudy. The clouds have come timely in their usual schedule. According to Latif they verily cause wholesale relief to mankind. They supply rain water in a large quantity to those who are thirsty (needy).
And Allah it is, Who sends the winds which raise the clouds; then do We drive them to a lifeless tract of land, and thereby quicken the earth after its death .(9, AI-Fatir).
Note: Madina, the resting place of the Prophet of Islam is in the north of Arabia.
Clouds of emitted dense vapours towards north,
Clouds spread, they are always there in the season,
Lateef wishes clouds to ends miseries of the people,
And pour plenty of water and quench their thirst.
شمالی بادلوں کی آبیاری
مٹا دیتی ہے سب کی بیقراری
وہ بیچارے ہوئے سیراب آخر
مسلسل تشنگی تھی جن پہ طاری
پھر اُتر کی اور سکھی ری! بادل گہر کر آئے،
ساون رت میں لوٹ کے آیا، بادل مینہ برسائے،
دکھیارے کا کہے لطیف، دکھ سارا مٹ جائے،
ایسا جل برسائے، کہ پیاس بجھے پیاسوں کی۔
ھِن سُر جي راڳ بابت
سارنگ راڳ جو جنم سنڌ جي قديمي ٺاٺ ڪافي مان ٿئي ٿو. ھي راڳ اوڍو ۽ کاڍو يعني پنجن ۽ ڇھن سرن جي روپ ۾ سرگم تي ٻڌل آهي. ھن راڳ ۾ گنڌار (گا) جو سر ناھي لڳائبو. ھن راڳ جو وادي سر رکب (ري) ۽ سم وادي سر پنچم (پا) آھي. سارنگ راڳ ۾ ڌيوت جو سر خلاصو ڪري استعمال ۾ آڻبو آهي. دکن جي گرنٿن ۾ ھن راڳ ۾ تيور گنڌار ۽ تيور مڌم جو استعمال ڏيکاريو آھي، پر ھي قانون ھند جي ڪنھن سنگيت يا قانون ۾ لاڳو ناھي. سنگيت پاريجات ۾ شڌ سارنگ ۾ ٻئي مڌم يعني (ما) ۽ (مي) ۽ ٻئي نکاد يعني (ني) ۽ (نا) پڻ راڳي لڳائيندا آھن. ھي مت بہ رواجن شڌ سارنگ جي استعمال ۽ راڳ جي شڪل ٺاھڻ کان غير رواجي ثابت ٿيندي .صحيح شڌ سارنگ جي شڪل ھندستان جي سنگيتڪار چتر پنڊت پنھنجي سنگيت ۾ ھن ريت ڏني آهي:
آروھي: سا، ري، ما، پا، ني، سا
آمروھي: سا،ڌا، ني، پا، ما، ري، سا
