- سُر ڪارايل جَي پاڙين پاتار ۾ جو بيت
ويٺو جِيئَن وِماسِيين، حَيرَتَ پَئُہ مَ ھاڻِ،
لَلَنِ کي لَطِيفُ چئَي، اَڇي ساڻُ اَراڻِ،
ڪَنگَنِ لَٿِي ڪاڻِ، گَڏِئو ھَنجُ حَبِيبَ کي.
سمجهاڻي
تون رڳو ويٺو ڳڻتي ۽ فڪر ڪرين پر تون هاڻي گهڻو حيران پريشان نہ ٿيءُ. عبداللطيف چوي ٿو تہ سفيد هنجهن کي هميشه اڇي پاڻيءَ سان محبت هوندي آهي. هاڻي وڌيڪ ڪنگن سان گڏ گذارڻ جي ڪابہ ضرورت ئي نہ رهي. ھنجهہ انهيءَ محتاجي کان هميشه آزاد ٿي ويا، ڇاڪاڻ جو ھنجهہ پنھنجي محبوب سان وڃي مليا.

وٖيْٽُوْ جِنْ وِمَاسِي﮼ حَيْرَتَ پَىءُ مَھَانِ﮶
لَلَنِکٖيْ لَطِيْفُ چٖيْ اَڇٖيْ سَانُ اَرَانِ﮶
ڪَنکَّنِ لَٿِيْ ڪَانِ کَڎِئُوْ هَنجُّ حَبِيْبَ کٖيْ﮶
ھِي بيت ٻين سھيڙيندڙن وٽ ڏِسو
TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
वेठो जीअं वमासियें। हैरत पऊ म हाणि।
ललनि खे लतीफ़ चए। अछे साणु अराणि।
कंगनि लथी काणि। गडि॒ओ हन्जि हबीब खे॥
ROMAN SINDHI
Wethho jeean wimaseen, Herat'a pau ma haann,
Lalan khe latif'u chae, achhe saann'u araann,
Kangan lathee kaann, gaDiyo hanj'u Habeeb'a khe.
TRANSLATIONS
As you meditate, do not get amazed (at what is now manifested to you). Latif says: “Take my tip “Lala” birds are allergic to pure water. Hence do not associate with them. (It is good that) the goose (took the advice and) dissociated with the herons with the result that he met the beloved.”
And We have not made you a keeper over them, nor are you a guardian over them. (107, AI-Anam)
You sit vacillate, don't be apprehensive now,
The Lala birds, says Lateef, dislike pure water,
Heron's uncan is over, the swan has joined the beloved.
کیسی فکر لگائی تونے، کیا ہے یار ملال،
بگلے بیٹھے ہیں ساحل پر، کیچ میں چونچیں ڈال،
کیچ میں ہوئے وہ نہال، مِلا ہے ہنس حبیب سے۔
