- سُر معذوري جَي نہ گڏجڻ ۽ وڻين چڙهڻ جو بيت
وِلاڙِيو وَڻين چَڙِهي، اُوچَنِ مَٿي اَڄُ،
لالَڻَ ڪارَڻِ لَڄُ، باسِئائِين بَردارِ جِي.
سمجهاڻي
سسئي بار بار وڻن تي پيئي لھي ۽ چڙهي ۽ اڄ وري وڏن وڻن تي چڙهڻ کان بہ نہ پيئي مُڙي. (اڄ تہ حد ڪري ڇڏيائين جو) پنھنجي محبوب سان ملڻ خاطر برن بيابانن کي پنھنجي لڄ باسيائين تہ جيئن کيس اهي پنهونءَ تائين پھچائين.
[روميءَ ان ڪيفيت جي ترجماني هن ريت ڪئي آهي:
هر که از خورشيد باشد پشت گرم،
سخت رو باشد، نہ بيم اورا، نہ شرم.
(دفتر چهارم، ب- 4139)
معنيٰ: جيڪو سج جي ڪاڙهي ۽ اُس ۾ لهسجي گرم ٿي ويو، اهو پوءِ منھن جو پڪو ٿي ويو ۽ سندس ڀؤَ ڀڄي پيو. هاڻي ان کي ڪھڙو شرم ٿيندو؟]

TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
विलाड़िओ वणें चड़िहे। ऊचनि मथे अजु॒।
लालण कारणि लजु॒। बासिआईं परदारि जी।
ROMAN SINDHI
Wilaarriyo wanne'n charrihi, oochan'ay mathay ajj'u,
Laalann'a kaarann'ay lajj'u, baasi'aa'een bardaar'ay ji.
TRANSLATIONS
Today Sasui got on the top of the lofty trees, and she felt obliged and made offering respectably to the fruit-bearing trees for the sake of the beloved (or) for the purpose of gaining some knowledge about the beloved.
Note: بردارُ may be interpreted as the fruit-bearing (trees).
Today, she climb s high trees with strides, For Beloved's sake, she begs trees to oblige.
She shins up trees, today she reached the treetop,
For the sake of the beloved she has had to seek the aid of the fruit-bearing trees.
رکُھاں دی ٹیسی جا چڑھندی تھوہ ہوتاں دا لیندی
سجنا خاطر سسی کردی رکُھاں دی محتاجی
لپک کے پیڑوں پر چڑہتی ہے، سر کی پیڑ کی چوٹی،
احسانمند تھی شجر کی جس نے، یار کی راہ دکھا دی۔
