- سُر ڪاموڏ جَي مِڙيوئي معاف جو بيت
ويٺِي ڪَري وَرَنَ، مي مَڇيءَ ۾ ھَٿَڙا،
راجا اَڳي رَکِي ھُئِي، مُھاڻِي ۾ مَنَ،
تَماچِيءَ جي تَنَ، ڳالِهيُون چَيَسِ ڳُجِهيُون.

وٖيْٽِيْ ڪَرٖيْ وَرَنَ مَيْ مَڇِيَم﮼ هَٿَرَا﮶
رَاڃَا اَکٖيْ رَکِيْ هُئِيْ مُھَانِيْ م﮼ مَنَ﮶
تَمَاچِيَ جٖيْ تَنَ کَالِيٌ چَيُسِ کُجِيٌ﮶

TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
वेठी करे वरन। मे मछीअ में हथड़ा।
राजा अगे॒ रखी हुई। मुहाणी में मन।
तमाचीअ जे तन। गा॒ल्हियूं चयसि गु॒झियूं॥
ROMAN SINDHI
Wethee karey waran'a me machee'a me hathara,
Raaja aGeiy rakhee huee, Muhanee me man'a,
Tamachee'a jey tann, Galhiyon chayas Gujhiyon.
TRANSLATIONS
With her hands among the fish, (having been born and fostered among fisher folk), Noori maintained the ethics well. The king had, from the outset, kept her image in his mind. (Allah had graciously selected the Prophet for apostleship before the creation of the universe). It was therefore that Tamachi'conveyed to her physically certain secret things. (This refers to the Divine knowledge imparted to the Prophet at his meeting with Allah on the night of ascention.)
Hands on fish she is cajoling,
Before meeting her, king had an image of her in his mind,
King's body was in secret communication with her.
جیہڑے ہتھ پھڑیندے مچھیاں کرن سنگار سوانی
راجے دا دل روز ازل توں لگا نال مہانی
اوہ پچھانے گھجیاں رمزاں بھیت حقیقی جانے
سنے تھے مچھلیوں میں ہاتھ لیکن
ادائوں میں نرالی شوخیاں تھیں
تماچی جام کی ہمسایگی سے
دلِ نوری میں کیا رعنائیاں تھیں
ہاتھوں میں بو مچھلی کی اور، کرتی ہے سنگھار،
روزِ ازل سے جام کے دل میں، نوری سے تھا پیار،
کھولے سب اسرار، جام نے اب نوری پر۔
