- سُر آبڙي جَي ويھُ مَ مُنڌ جو بيت
وَڃَڻَ ڪِجي وَسُ، سيڻَنِ ڪارَڻِ سَسُئِي،
جِمَ وِرِچِي ڇَڏِيين، سَندو گُنگن گَسُ،
ڏوٿِي ڏِيندا ڏَسُ، توکي ٻاروچَنِ جو.

وَنڃَنُ ڪِجٖيْ وَسُ سٖيْرَنِ ڪَارَنِ سَسُئِےْ﮶

TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
वञण कजे वसु। सैणनि कारणि ससुई।
जिम विर्ची छडि॒यें। संदो गुन्गन गसु।
डो॒थी डीं॒दा ड॒सु। तोखे बा॒रोचनि जो।
ROMAN SINDHI
Wanjann'a kijay was'u, seennan'ay kaarann'ay Sassui,
Jim'a wirichay chaddiyen, sando gungan gas'u,
Ddothee ddeenda ddasu, tokhhay Baarochan'ay jo.
TRANSLATIONS
"O Sasui! It is very essential for you to make the utmost effort for the sake of (reunion with your) relative. (Beware!) Do not abandon the track of the camels due to exhaustion. The other co-travellers or seekers would supply you further clues to the Baluch party.
Note: The verses 12 to 16 are the Poet's exhortations to Sasui as her guide.
لازم ہے کہ چلے سفر کو، تو پیاروں کی خاطر ،
تھک کر چھوڑ نہ دینا تو، اونٹوں کی راہگذر،
رھرو ہونگے رہبر، وہ یار کی راہ بتائینگے۔
