- سُر ڪلياڻ جَي وايون جي وائِي
ٿِيندو تَنَ طَبِيبُ، دارُون مُنھِنجي دَردَ جو.
ٻُڪِي ڏِيندُمِ ٻاجَهہ جِي، اَچِي شالَ عَجِيبُ.
پِرِيَنِ اَچِي ڪِئو، سَندو غورُ غَرِيبُ،
ڏُکندو سَڀوئِي ڏُورِ ڪِئو، مَنجُهون تَنَ طَبِيبُ،
اَدِيُون عَبدِالْلَطِيفُ چئَي، ھاتِڪُ آھِ حَبِيبُ،

سمجهاڻي
پرين ئي منھنجي جسم جو طبيب ۽ آزار جو علاج ٿيندو. سپرين شال اچي مون کي مھر جي ستي ڏيندو. پرينءَ پاڻ اچي هن مسڪين جي سار لڌي. منھنجي طبيب منھنجي جسم مان سمورو درد اچي دفع ڪيو. اي سرتيون! (شاھ عبداللطيف ٿو چوي) منھنجو سپرين ماهر ويڄ آهي.

TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
"थीन्दो तन तबीबु। दारूं मुंहिंजे दर्द जो॥
ॿुकी ॾीन्दुम ॿाझ जी। अची शाल अजीबु।
दारूं मुंहिंजे दर्द जो॥
पिरियनि अची कयो। सन्दो ग़ौरु ग़रीबु।
दारूं मुंहिंजे दर्द जो॥
ॾुखन्दो सभोई ॾूरु कयो। मंझूं तन तबीबु।
दारूं मुंहिंजे दर्द जो॥
अदियूं अब्दुल्लतीफ़ु चे। हातिक आहि हबीबु।
दारूं मुंहिंजे दर्द जो॥"
ROMAN SINDHI
Theendo tann’a tabib’u, Daroon mahenjy dard’a jo.
Buki Deendum Bajh’a ji, achy shal’a ajeeb’u, Daroon mahenjy dard’a jo.
Pireen achy ke’o, sando Ghour’u Ghareeb’u, Daroon mahenjy dard’a jo.
Dukhando sabhoi Door’e ke’o, manjhoon tann’e tabib’u, Daroon mahenjy dard’a jo.
Adiyoon Abdul Lateef chaye, hatiq aahy habib, Daroon mahenjy dard’a jo.
TRANSLATIONS
I am confident that the Beloved, as the Specialist in human diseases, will successfully administer medicine to me for my disease.
My wondrous Lord will come to me and give me a potion of mercy for my malady. He will come and attend to me of His own accord.
The Expert Physician has actually come and attended to me and cured all sufferings in my body.
Abdul Latif says: “O sisters! My Beloved is indeed an expert physician”.
Note: The word ٻاجهہ is to be interpreted comprehensively. Its close synonym in Arabic is رحمت which included the following favours:
a) Belief in ‘Vahdat’ or Oneness of Allah, and ‘Risalat’ or apostleship of the Prophet of Islam;
b) cooperation of the limbs of body to worship Allah alone;
c) easy availability of the worldly means of relief and health;
d) relief from the rigours of death and the Day of Judgement; and
e) meeting and union with Allah.
Physician of my body's ailment will He be,
Beloved will shower His graces on me,
Gracious one Himself enquired of me,
My body's ailment He removed,
For, Latif says, expert physician is He.

Beloved will cure me, he will be medicine of my affliction,
The wondrous one will come and give me potion of mercy,
Beloved himself came and diagnosed my disease,
My physician cured me of it,
Abdul Lateef says, O my mates, my beloved is indeed an expert physician.
الحبيب طبيبي. ويداوي سقامي ومرضي الحبيب يمنحني دواء الرحمة واللطف.
ويرعى على هذه المسكينة بنفسه.
وطبيبي أزال الألام من جسدي جميعا يا زميلات! وإخوات!
يقول السيد! عبد اللطيف. حبيبي هو الطبيب الماهر.
الحبيب طبيبي ويداوي سقامي ومرضي.
الحبيب يمنحني الرحمة واللطف ويرعاني الرحيم بنفسه.
وأزال الآلام من جسدي جميعا.
يقول السيد عبد اللطيف : حبيبي، هو الطبيب الماهر.

یقین داریم آخر از طیبیِ ما
دوائی درد دل گردد نصیبِ ما
علاجِ مہربانی و محبت ہم
شود بخشد مریضان را عجیبِ ما
زھی قسمت کہ خود تشریف آوردہ
بکر آن غور برحالِ غریبِ ما
رہا جانِ ضزین کردہ از ہمہ علت
ہما رشکِ مسیحا آن طبیبِ ما
بجا عبداللطیف ای اہل دول گوید
بجا حامی بجا حاذق حبیبِ ما
وہی بپتا میں کام آئے میرا روگ مٹائے
وہی دیالو اپنی دیا سے میری دھیر بندھائے
نیارے روپ دکھائے میرا روگ مٹائے
وہی نردھن کا رکھوالا دیکھ ریکھ کو آئے
دکھیا من بہلائے میرا روگ مٹائے
وہی آئے دکھ لے جائے تو جیون سکھ پائے
پھر جی مرا گھبرائے میرا روگ مٹائے
کہے "لطیف" کہ مجھ کو سکھیو چنچل پریتم بھائے
نینوں سے برمائے میرا روگ مٹائے
ہوگا درد کا کا درماں، میرا یار حبیب سکھی ری!
درد کا آکر کرے مداوہ، مہر سے میرا سجناں،
میرے انگناں آ کر دیکھا، میرا حال پریشاں،
مجھ روگی کا روگ مٹایا، آن کے میرے انگنا،
کہے لطیف کہ تجھ سا جگ میں، اور طبیب نہ جاناں!

ٺاٺ: ڪلياڻ (پاڻ ئي آھي) ڳائڻ لاءِ ھن راڳ جي بيھڪ يمن ڪلياڻ جي آھي.
