Friends of "Sassui" visited her with a boisterous attitude and advised her against continuing her journey** They believed that every journey inherently involved hardships and difficulties, and it was foolish of her to undertake it** They suggested that she should return home instead** Furthermore, they emphasized the importance of following the straight path prescribed by Sharah (religious law) and exercising patience** They questioned how she could expect the lords of "Kech" to take her with him when she still had affiliations with dualism and had not fully surrendered herself to him**

  • The friends of Sasui visited her rather boisterously and advised her that since every journey was impliedly "a piece of fire", she was stupid to undertake it and she should better return home. Besides the obligatory condition of pursuing the straight path (of Sharah) lay before her (and it prescribed patience.) On the top of all how did she expect the Kechi Lord to take her with himself, since she still had affiliations with dualism?
Note: In this verse the poet's advice is that we must pursue the straight path of Sharah and be patient, and also abjure all materialist considerations and express devotion, and commit our affairs to Allah alone to the complete exclusion of the temporal Punhoos.

Friends all, gathered round Sasui and fondly said ,
"Journey is like a part of the fire of hell,
Ahead the path is akin to the bridge over hell,
Kechis will not take you along for your love is dual."

The mates of Sassui came to her with warmth,
'Every journey is a piece of hell,** turn back from here, you silly girl,
The right path is ahead, how can Kechis take you along,
When you are still taken up with duality.
